Ideal Customer Profile

You can use HG for Salesforce to identify your Ideal Customer using a few simple steps.

You can do this in many ways, first by identifying your top customers, and comparing their tech stack.

For example: Amazon is one of your top customers. You can see from this image that Amazon currently uses the following products in their tech stack-

You can do this on an individual scale (1:1 company search) or a larger scale, by building a report of your top 100 customers using HG Data Technology.

You can then analyze the technology similarities between your top customers. For example, if you see that many of your top companies are using Salesforce CRM & Marketo, you know that prospects who also use these products may be a good fit.
