Which data fields are currently included in the LinkedIn Connector?
We only send Company Name and Company Website to LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Are there limits around how much data can be sent to LinkedIn Campaign Manager?
LinkedIn does not allow more than 300,000 records to be sent with this integration. This is a hard limit that cannot be exceeded. If you attempt to send a list exceeding this number you will see an error toast in Platform
LinkedIn also recommends sending at least 1,000 records, but this only a recommendation. This is a safety net to ensure matching is successful on the Audience side.
How long does it take to upload a segment?
Uploading a segment typically takes a few minutes, though the your timing may vary based on the size of your list.
How long does it take for a segment to finish processing?
It could take up to 48 hours for an uploaded segment to finish processing. This process happens within the LinkedIn Campaign Manager tool, so the standard referenced processing times for this tool apply and are managed by LinkedIn. Once your list has finished processing you'll receive an email to the account your LinkedIn in associated with.
Are there LinkedIn permissions the user must have to use the LinkedIn Connector?
The user must be at the very least, a Campaign Manager in LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Users who are Viewers will not be able to create and manage Audiences.
Can multiple users from a company connect to the same LinkedIn Campaign Manager account?
Yes! There are no limits to the number of users who can connect to the same account. Those users will also need Campaign Manager permissions if they wish to upload and modify segments.
