Occasionally, the HG Platform will lose connection to your Salesforce organization. This can happen due to things like a refresh, a user being deleted, or even intentionally revoking the OAuth. When this happens, the integration is no longer able to match and enrich and we'll inform you via email of this status.
Good news! We can easily resolved through the HG Platform.
When you visit the Platform, you'll also see a banner on the Salesforce configuration page for your impacted org. You can get to this page by clicking Salesforce Connector in the left nav, and selecting the right org via the dropdown.
All you need to do us click 'Please click here to reconnect.' This will open the Salesforce login page, where just as when you first connected all you need to do is add credentials.
You are not required to match the credentials you used when first connecting! But you should make sure this new user has the correct permissions.
When completed, you'll be redirected into the Platform, the banner should be gone, and you can click Sync Salesforce to start a refresh if you want.
