Managed package version 1.11 includes an often asked for feature - HG ID matching!

This new functionality allows you to incorporate a HG ID custom field into our matching logic - giving you a path to directly influence how we match your record. This field is managed outside of the package, and is completely owned by you.

Whether you have complex hierarchies, have an existing CRM HG ID you want to reference, or are simply looking for a more direct matching method for QA, this new functionality can help.
