Release Notes (Version 1.18) - September 1, 2026

Customers can now sync AI scoring profiles directly into Salesforce.

• Enable in HG Platform under Integrations > Salesforce > Enrichment, select up to 6 scoring profiles to sync

• Scores update nightly or on manual sync (similar to HG legacy scoring)

• Customers add the HG Scoring Profiles related list to their Account/Lead layouts, and can build reports/dashboards off Tier and score (coming in Sept: score details, Reports out of the box in the package)

Availability:

• available for customers on HG new platform only, not available for customers still on legacy HG platform

• on package v1.18+ only
