Routing Firmographic Data Fields using HG Global Entity Data Integration Rule

The HG Global Entities matching is managed using a Data Integration Rule, which also has the ability to write the HG Insights data fields from the Global Entities Object to your data fields on the Account or Lead.

1) Within Setup - search Data Integration Rules in the Quick Find box. 
2) Then Select the HG Global Entities for Accounts or Global Entities for Leads depending upon which object you are routing data fields too. 
3) Once on the data integration rule, select Edit Field Mapping
4) Select the Tab on the right titled UPDATE
5) Then Press Add Field and select from the available fields on the HG Global Entities Object under Data Service Fields that you would like to route. 

6) Next, choose a Custom Text or Standard field currently on your Account from the Account Fields pulldown

7) Define If you wish to Keep or Overwrite the existing field values, and then click Save.

NOTE: This function will route to any field you select, but you may need to create new text fields in which to route the data fields to. As a best practice, we advise using Text Fields for your new custom fields.

Match Company ID - Automatically Mapped but Customizable

Headquarters City - The city in which the company is headquartered 
Company - The matched company entity 
Country ISO - The company headquarter country in International Organization for Standardization format
Headquarters Country - The country in which the matched company is headquartered
Employee Range - The number of employees at the matched company 
Revenue Range - The annual revenue for the matched company
State ISO - The company headquarter state in International Organization for Standardization format
Headquarters State - The State in which the matched company is headquartered
Sub-Industry - The most granular industry for the matched company
Industry - The high-level industry for the matched company
