Release Notes (Version 1.3) - July 27, 2023

This section covers the new functionality available in version 1.3 of the Salesforce Connector managed package.  The new version can be installed via the AppExchange.

New Visualforce Design!

HG Salesforce Connector has a brand new Visualforce design!  If you already have our component in your page layout it will automatically update.  If you don't, instructions can be found here.

Highlights include:

• Company location is now available on the Firmographic tab
• Updated page navigation with the ability to change the number of products shown on the Technographic tab.
• Technographic columns are now configurable.  Any user in your CRM can change the table to their personal preference - changing the included fields and the order.

 

Account Fit Score is Now Available for Salesforce Connector!

Users can now define the criteria of an Account Fit Score and easily enrich their Salesforce with both the score, and the detail of the criteria.

This managed package adds two new fields directly to the Account object for easy activation.  The fields are:

• HG Account Fit Score (HG_Insights__HG_Account_Fit_Score__c)
• HG Account Fit Score Details (HG_Insights__HG_Account_Fit_Score_Details__c)

Account Fit Score is a normalized score between 0 and 100.

Easily define your profile in the HG Platform and push the scores directly to your CRM.  Changes can easily be made at any time to refresh and refine your score, and enrich fresh at the click of a button.

If you're enriching Account Fit Score, the new Fit Score tab and badge will automatically appear on the HG Visualforce component.

 

 

New Technographic Field - Locations

We've added a new field to the HG Technographic object called Locations. 

This field is a number, and is the number of locations where we see a product installed in an organization.

Locations is available to add to your Technographic tab on the HG Visualforce Component.

New Account Field - Whitespace

We've added a new field to the Account object called HG Whitespace. 

If you're using the HG Whitespace for Salesforce feature, this field automatically tracks records you export from our Platform as Whitespace, and import into your CRM.  This helps easily track and attribute new pipeline back to HG.

Fix - Intensity Formula Field Added

Intensity is a field on the HG Technographic object mistakenly labeled as text. 

To solve some usability issues in reports, we've added a formula field to translate back into a number.

• Intensity (Number) (HG_Insights__Intensity_Number__c)
